The JOSPER is a special combination of grill and oven and is used in leading grill restaurants and steakhouses around the world. Discovered in Barcelona and used by the Almgrill restaurant, many connoisseurs have become loyal fans of Hotel Erb.
You will find the best cuts of meat, freshly caught fish or vegetarian delicacies on our menu. As soon as your order has been taken, this unique fine wood smoke will fill your nose. We use vegetable charcoal for this smoky note.

Our kitchen crew has perfected the grilling of meat, fish, burgers and vegetarian dishes with a great deal of passion and fresh cuisine. We are proud that connoisseurs looking for a steak restaurant in Parsdorf regularly find their way to the Hotel Erb’s Almgrill restaurant.
In addition to steaks and other grilled specialties for parents, there is also a children’s menu for the little ones.
