Train your body on our Technogym® equipment – a kinesis station, cross trainer, treadmill and bicycles (Ergo) are at your disposal. A few soothing sauna sessions in between and relaxing in the Stille Alm relaxation room will turn your stay into a vital day.
Good to know: Please wear proper sports shoes and sportswear for training. Towels are available at the hotel.

With the infrared lounger from Physiotherm, you will experience a truly high-tech feeling of well-being!
