When are the breakfast times?
We offer a breakfast buffet daily from 6:30 am to 10:30 am, Sundays and public holidays from 6:30 am to 11:00 am.

How can I cancel my booking?
We will inform you transparently of the cancellation deadline during your booking. Normally you can cancel free of charge up to one day before arrival. On some days, however, the free cancellation period is 21 days before arrival. As long as you can still cancel free of charge, you can cancel your booking made here on our website with just a few clicks.
When can I check in?
Check-in is possible from 15:00. On request and subject to availability, you can book an early check-in for € 20.00.

Is the hotel handicapped accessible?
We strive to create an inclusive atmosphere. The entire first floor is freely accessible by wheelchair and an elevator also takes you comfortably to the upper floors.
When can I check out?
Check-out is possible until 12:00 noon. A later check-out is possible on request and subject to availability for a fee of € 20.00.

Can I book the Hotel Erb for conferences?
Yes, of course! The Best Western Plus Hotel Erb offers you 7 fully air-conditioned and light-flooded event rooms. These feature the latest technology and high-speed internet. Some meeting rooms also have a sun terrace and are perfect for a coffee break in the countryside. You can see the layout of the rooms and their seating options in the overview.
Can I park at the hotel?
You are welcome to park for free on the property opposite. You can book our premium parking spaces in the hotel courtyard for €10.00 per day and vehicle. Use is at your own risk; we accept no liability for damage.
How can I pay?
You will receive a check-in invitation from us two days before your arrival (for last-minute bookings also shortly before arrival). Check in and pay conveniently online via smartphone or computer. If you want to book something extra on site (e.g. an extra night, drinks or our breakfast), simply pay at our self-checkout, to which we will also invite you by email. We currently accept all major credit cards.

Is there WLAN in the Hotel Erb?
Of course! The free WiFi is available in all areas!
Can I charge my electric car at the hotel?
Unfortunately, there is no charging station for electric vehicles directly at the hotel. However, you will find one just 2 minutes from the hotel (800 m):

Can I charge my e-bike at the hotel?
Yes, our reception staff will be happy to help you recharge your electric bike.
Can I wash my clothes on site?
We offer our guests a laundry service. For a small surcharge of between €6.00 (polo shirt, T-shirt, undershirt, jeans/cotton trousers), €8.00 (shirt/blouse) and €15.00 (underwear), we will be happy to clean and dry your clothes.
How can I use the spa area in the hotel?
Our ALMDORF SPA wellness area is open to guests aged 16 and over. Our Almdorf Spa with Finnish sauna, bio sauna, herbal sauna, salt grotto, infrared lounger and steam bath is available daily from 15:00 to 23:00 in the basement. You will need your room card for access. Keys for the lockers are available at reception. Slippers and bathrobes are also available at reception. A deposit of €15.00 will be deducted from your room bill.
The use of the wellness area is included for ALL guests of the Best Western Plus Hotel Erb. Guests of our Boutique Hotel Erb pay €5.00 per person per day. In addition to hotel guests, you can also visit as a non-hotel guest for €29.00 or with a 10-person card for €250.00.
When is the restaurant open?
The Almgrill restaurant is open from Monday to Sunday and on public holidays between 18:00 and 24:00 (kitchen until 21:30).

What is the best way to get to Hotel Erb?
The 4-star Hotel Erb is conveniently located in the east of Munich in the district of Parsdorf (municipality of Vaterstetten) and is easily and quickly accessible by car, train or plane. The hotel is only a few minutes away from the A94 (Parsdorf exit) and offers free parking directly in front of the hotel as well as an e-charging station for electric vehicles in the immediate vicinity.
