The Almdorf SPA at Hotel Erb offers pure relaxation. We rely on a tasteful interior, pictures that transport you to the mountains and excellent services from our Almdorf Spa team. If you need a break after the trade fair, business appointments in Munich or shopping in the Parsdorf City outlet center, our Almdorf SPA is just right for you.
Recharge your batteries in our saunas or in the fitness center. Our attractive wellness packages also delight our guests who are not staying at the hotel. See for yourself.
For hotel guests aged 16 and over, our Almdorf SPA is included in the room rate for the duration of their stay. It’s nice to stroll straight from your room into the wellness area in a fluffy bathrobe. Look forward to our spacious SPA and fitness area.
Start your own wellness program and work out in the fitness room, next to the sauna area and wellness world. Healthy snacks, teas and water are included for refreshment. Soothing aqua peelings round off the offer.
A modern changing area is available in the Almdorf SPA for external visitors (aged 16 and over). This is equipped with lockable lockers for clothes and valuables. So your VITAL DAY will be completely relaxing.

Aqua Peeling
The secret to soft skin and a radiant complexion is a nourishing scrub. Our Aua Peeling has twice the effect of a normal peeling. You will be delighted by the benevolent salts based on valuable primeval sea salt developed by the well-known Professor Dr. Biener. Your blood circulation will be stimulated so that you benefit from silky soft skin after application.
Snacks & Drinks
To prevent your body from losing too much fluid during the sauna, we recommend a refreshment in between. We offer water and herbal tea in the relaxation room. Small healthy snacks round off the offer in the Almdorf SPA.
Day ticket Almdorf SPA
For external guests, a day ticket costs 29 euros per person. Reunion is a pleasure. Benefit from our favorable discounts:
10-ticket: 250 euros per person
Admission to the salt stone sauna for medical inhalation only (maximum four people): 29 euros per session.
Opening hours at the Almdorf SPA
We warmly welcome you to the Almdorf SPA. You can relax with us daily between 3:00 pm and 11:00 pm. From 21.12. to 25.12. and from 26.12. to 02.01. our Almdorf SPA is reserved exclusively for our hotel guests. If you would only like to use the salt stone sauna for a medical inhalation, this is also possible outside opening hours by prior appointment. Please note that the session must start at 2 pm at the latest.
