This works very easily via our guest app – no installation necessary! It’s a progressive web app that runs directly in your browser. You can use it to take care of everything related to your stay – even opening your room door.

The guest app
The guest app is a progressive web app and cannot be found in the app store, but can be accessed here instead. It does not use any memory and can be easily accessed with a web browser.
The menu
On the right side of the screen, you will find the menu, which gives you access to a range of information and features.
Registration
You can easily and conveniently log in to the guest app using your reservation number and last name.
Online-Check-in
Under “Digital registration form,” you can fill out your registration form in accordance with the Registration Act and pay your bill. You are now checked in!
Door opening
Here you can see all the doors to the building that are available to you and, after successfully checking in from 3 p.m. on your arrival day, you can also view your room door. You can open the doors using the respective slider.
Information package
In the information package, you will find information about Wi-Fi, breakfast times, special offers, excursion tips, and everything else that is interesting about our hotel.
