Our packages for your conference
Our events department will be happy to put together an individual offer for your conference in terms of room equipment and catering.
From 10 participants, you have the option of booking one of our three different conference packages. All packages include the room depending on the number of people, pin board, flip chart, screen, data projector and a pen and writing pad for the participants. Two coffee breaks are also included. As far as drinks and catering are concerned, you have a choice depending on the conference package.

Our supporting programs for your team building
Adventure
If you decide to hold your conference at the Best Western Plus Hotel Erb in Munich-Parsdorf, we will do our best to make your event a complete success. We also help to strengthen your team building or offer the best entertainment options.
Wellness
Our guests appreciate relaxing body, mind and soul in our Almdorf Spa after a long day of seminars. Relax in one of our saunas or in the steam bath and do something for your health at the same time. A time-out in the spa is also perfect if you want to regenerate after training in our fitness center.
Indulgence
You can enjoy a dinner with special culinary delights from international to Bavarian in our tastefully furnished Almgrill restaurant. You can end the evening relaxing in Rosi’s Bar. Talk to us if you want to make dinner a special experience for your participants. We would also be happy to organize a private Oktoberfest for you in our hotel.
According to your wishes and needs
Outside the hotel, we also offer you a wide range of options for a successful supporting program. We can plan tours for you by bike, e-bike or Segway. Excursions take you to a brewery, the English Garden or other hotspots in the Munich area. If you let us know the number of participants and their age group, their preferences and the time slot for your supporting program, we will make you individual suggestions. The more precise your briefing is, the more precisely we can plan.
