Our Finnish hut sauna with herbal kettle brew awaits you in the Almdorf SPA. Relax your body and mind in a pleasant atmosphere and 80 degrees of soothing warmth. Your pulse beats faster, your body begins to sweat. This strengthens your immune system and opens the pores of your skin, which is better supplied with blood. After an ice-cold shower and a rest in the “Stille Alm” relaxation room, the next sauna session follows. Feel how your circulation is stimulated and enjoy the vitalising feeling.
Here you sweat at a pleasant 60 to 70 °C with low humidity and surrounded by a sole-inhalate. The salt ionises the air, which benefits your respiratory tract. The nasal mucosa swells and the flicker cells become active to loosen the mucus. The pleasant stimulating climate ensures that you find inner peace and promotes a positive attitude to life at the same time. In combination with the yellow and amber tones of the walls, your senses are simultaneously calmed and sharpened. Treat yourself to health for your breath and skin.
Relax your body and mind in our stone pine sauna. It is a real gem in the Almdorf SPA. It has been proven in many studies that a stay in a stone pine room increases the general well-being. Both the essential oils and the reddish hue of this rare pine species, which radiates warmth and comfort, are responsible for this. The pleasant scent unfolds its positive properties at 50 degrees of warmth and 50 % humidity. It is a great way to relieve stress and significantly reduce the heart rate. It should also be mentioned at this point that Swiss stone pine has been valued for its antibacterial effect for centuries. Enjoy it!
Relax in comforting warmth at 60 degrees in our herbal sauna of the Almdorf SPA. Water enriched with herbs vaporizes in the robust kettle.
