To be an extraordinary bar, it takes more than a drink. The guests make it an experience! In Rosi’s bar you can feel the Bavarian hospitality. Whether for a beer in a convivial company, a nightcap with friends or refreshing cocktails for two. Rosis Bar is not only legendary, but also The place to be in Parsdorf.
It all started in the “TV room” in the former Dependance Erb, today’s Boutique Hotel Erb, in the late 1960s. With two large tables and a black-and-white TV for the guests, Rosa Maria Erb, the senior manager of the house, set the origin of today’s hotel bar. We served Andechs bottled beer and generously poured fruit schnapps from Lake Constance. Rosi used to say “2cl is something for the hollow tooth,”. Good to know: Anyone who unwittingly sits in her regular seat must pay for the local round!
And what Rosi and her father Jakob Erb created back then in the idyllic town of Parsdorf in Upper Bavaria will continue to exist in the future: The bar as a place to meet and enjoy – The place to be!
Our bar at the Hotel Erb is daily opened from 5:00 pm until midnight. And best of all: we also welcome external guests without an overnight stay. Look forward to good conversations in convivial company and enjoy refreshing drinks. For the small appetite at a late hour, a snack menu is available. Have a good time.
