Our events department will be happy to put together an individual offer for your conference in terms of room equipment and catering. For groups of 10 or more participants, you also have the option of booking one of our three different conference packages. All packages include the room depending on the number of participants, pin board, flipchart, screen, data beamer and a pen as well as a writing pad for the participants. Two coffee breaks are included also. As far as drinks and catering are concerned, you have the choice depending on the conference package.

If you decide to hold your conference at the Best Western Plus Hotel Erb in Munich-Parsdorf, we will do our best to make your event a complete success. We also help to strengthen your team building or offer best entertainment possibilities.
Our guests appreciate to relax body, mind and soul after a long day of seminars at our Almdorf Spa. Relax in one of our saunas or in the steam bath and do something for your health at the same time. A break in the spa is also perfect if you want to regenerate after training in our fitness center.
You will spend a dinner with special culinary delights from international to Bavarian cuisine in our tastefully furnished restaurant Almgrill. You can end the evening at Rosi’s Bar. Talk to us if you want to make the dinner a special experience for your participants. We would also be happy to design a private in-house Oktoberfest for you.
Outside the hotel we also offer you a wide range of possibilities for a successful social program. We plan tours by bike, e-bike or Segway for you. Excursions take you to a brewery, the English Garden or other hotspots in the Munich area. If you let us know the number of participants and their age group, preferences and time frame for your social program, we will make individual suggestions. The more exact your briefing is, the more precisely we can plan.
